Service Process

Our service consists of three phases, each of which delivers significant value in its own right:

1. Briefing:

We will conduct a thorough analysis of your company, benchmark it against the sector, and set an attainable “grand goal” as the target for development.

2. Runway:

We will analyze the target for development, define metrics based on best practices, and plan the required interventions. We will configure the software that supports the service.

3. Flight:

We will continue the iterative planning and implementation of interventions, monitoring of metrics, and steering the organization based on data. In the Flight phase, the service largely operates on “autopilot,” and even with light monthly debrief and decision-making sessions, significant results can be achieved.
