Major Responsibilities

Client needs analysis: You will engage with SME clients in the manufacturing sector to identify their unique needs and propose tailored consulting solutions.
Consultative sales: Through a consultative approach, you will demonstrate the value of our services, helping clients understand how our solutions can meet their business objectives and improve productivity.
Relationship building: You will build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders, establishing trust and positioning yourself as a reliable advisor.
Sales strategy: You will develop and execute sales strategy in alignment with overall business strategy.
Sales pipeline management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by leveraging lead management and CRM software tools, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and forecasting of sales.
Collaboration with Delivery: Work closely with our Service Delivery team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.

Requirements

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of successful experience in B2B sales, ideally within consulting or services sectors.
Experience in the manufacturing industry.
Experience in consultative or solutions-based selling.
Experience using lead management and CRM software for pipeline building, client tracking, and sales reporting.

Skills

Recommended educational background

Relevant higher education degree, such as in business, marketing, engineering, industrial management, or economics is preferred. Relevant courses or certifications in B2B sales, consultative selling, manufacturing, or industrial technologies are advantageous.
